Thirty minutes, video or in person. You tell us what you want to build, and we ask more: what needs to work better, and how things run today. Then the practical side: what it can cost and when it needs to be ready. And who has the final say. You leave with a clear picture of where you stand and what happens next.
After the call, we send you a short form for the details: what the site has to do, who it’s for, what content you already have, what it needs to connect to. You fill it in at your own pace. Anything that’s still unclear, we sort out together. The result is one document, in plain language, that says what we’re building.
Early on we put one finished page of your future site on a private link. Real layout, real copy. You see what we make before you pay anything. Not the right direction? You stop here and pay nothing.
One fixed price for the agreed scope, with the go-live date in writing. It’s all in there, no surprises later. Take your time with it and let us know what you think. Once you give the go-ahead, we start.
Every few days we put the latest version on a private link so you can follow along. When something needs deciding, say a colour or how a page should work, we send you a short message with the choices side by side. Not an open question, just a few clear options. We agree the timeline up front, and we plan more time for larger projects.
You walk through your new site and leave your comments right on the page itself. We use a feedback tool for this, so every change request is clear and easy to send in one go. You open a link, click the spot you want changed, and type your comment. No account, no extra software.
We work through them and return the site for round two. Two full rounds are part of the set price, room enough to get the site exactly right. If a project needs more, we tell you before we start, and we agree how to handle it.
We put the site live on your own domain. At delivery we go through the project with you and hand it over. For the first 30 days we stay reachable: if something doesn't work as agreed, we sort it out free of charge.
